The first Taipei shopping festival launched by the Taipei City Government starts from August 30 to October 12. It is an economy revitalization event and endeavor to attract local and foreign tourists. The venues include the most distinguish landmark in Taiwan, Taipei 101, and departments, malls, along with featured business streets and restaurants. The Festival will amaze everyone with the opening week “Luxurious Brands and Fashion”.
Approximate 2,500 stores offer discounts up to 50%, the Shopping in Taipei Festival is divided into 4 sections and the main idea is to make Taipei be known as a city for your shopping desires and demands. Each week takes 11 days, and tourists may experience wonderful shopping time at various shopping venues in Taipei. Consumers may participate in daily lucky draw and online lottery activities simply with the shopping receipt.
